用 途 APPICATION
本機(jī)床為定梁柱龍門式加工中心。配置刀庫(kù)，可一次裝夾工件進(jìn)行銑、鏜、鉆、攻等工序加工，自動(dòng)化程度高。適用于航空航天、模具、船舶、汽車等需加工大中型復(fù)雜零件的制造領(lǐng)域。本機(jī)床去掉刀庫(kù)則成為數(shù)控龍門銑床。
This machine is planer-type-machining center with fixed cross-rail and column. The machine Equipped with chain-type tool changer which can process pentahedron, milling, boring, drilling and reaming during once clamping. It is widely used in manufacturing industries such as aircraft, mould, automobile, and etc.
主要結(jié)構(gòu)性能 Characteristics
結(jié)構(gòu)布局：本機(jī)床采用定梁定柱結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)布局先進(jìn)合理，剛性好，外形美觀。
Structure:The machine tool using fixed beam and fixed colum structure, reasonable and advanced construction, have high rigidity.
基礎(chǔ)鑄件：工作臺(tái)、滑鞍、床身、立柱、滑枕等均采用高強(qiáng)度優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵，箱型或近似箱型多筋板結(jié)構(gòu)，剛性好，穩(wěn)定性好。
Base casting: Working table, saddle, lathe bed, column and ram all adopt hiht-Q cast iron, in box-type or nealy box-type structure, so the machine have good rigid and steadiness.
主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)：采用交流伺服電機(jī)經(jīng)同步齒型帶驅(qū)動(dòng)主軸或直聯(lián)驅(qū)動(dòng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)主軸自動(dòng)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速，機(jī)械特性好。也可選擇齒輪高低檔變速方式，滿足低速大扭矩的需要。
Main driving system: The spindle realizes the automatic infinitely variable speed by the way of motor AC servo motor in using cog belt transmission, or combination with mechanical gearbox to obtain big torque of the main spindle.
三向?qū)к墸嚎v向、橫向?qū)к壊捎镁�性滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌，升降導(dǎo)軌采用矩性滑動(dòng)與貼塑結(jié)構(gòu)型式，導(dǎo)軌動(dòng)靜摩擦系數(shù)極小，剛性好，耐磨性好，運(yùn)動(dòng)靈敏度高。
Guideways: Longitudinal and cross construction adapted in roller guideway, vertical construction adapted in rectangular guiedway, with sticky plastic, have low dynamic-static friction, high rigidity and sensitivily.
進(jìn)給傳動(dòng)：三向進(jìn)給均采用交流伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)精密滾珠絲桿，專用絲桿軸承支承，提高了機(jī)床的進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)剛性和精度。
Feed transmission: using AC servo motor to drive the precise ball screw sets that supported by special ball screw bearing ,which improves the rigidity and precision of feed movement.
自動(dòng)換刀機(jī)構(gòu)：配置鏈?zhǔn)降稁?kù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)刀具自動(dòng)交換。換刀性能經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)，動(dòng)作協(xié)調(diào)準(zhǔn)確，快速、可靠。
Auto changing tool magazine: Equipped with chain-type tool changer for automatic exchanging tools. Ahe performance of changing cut has been strictly tested, acting concertedly, fast and reliably.
潤(rùn)滑方式：采用自動(dòng)集中定時(shí)定量潤(rùn)滑方式，保證導(dǎo)軌和絲桿潤(rùn)滑充分可靠。
Lubrication: Use a set of utomatic central lubrication with fixed time and quantity to ensure guide rails and screws lubricated adequately.
防護(hù)裝置：機(jī)床配置全封閉或半封閉防護(hù)罩，各向?qū)к壘渲梅雷o(hù)罩裝置。
Guard device: The machine tool is equipped with totally enclosed or semi-enclosed guard .Each guideway with protection hood.
配置自動(dòng)排屑裝置：
With automatic chip conveyer.升隆部件（滑枕）采用雙液壓缸平衡，保證升降運(yùn)動(dòng)的穩(wěn)定。
Double-hydraulic balance is used in up-down parts(ram)to guarantee its stable and reliable movement.
可配置德國(guó)SIEMENS、日本FANUC及西班牙FAGOR用其它數(shù)控系統(tǒng)及交流伺服電機(jī)。
選擇配置：可配置加長(zhǎng)銑頭、直角銑頭、萬(wàn)能銑頭，雙擺動(dòng)聯(lián)動(dòng)銑頭，實(shí)現(xiàn)五面和多種空間方向的加工或五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)加工。
Optional accessories: Extension head, right angle head, univeral head
